More than ever before, consumers are focused on aligning their spending with their values and principles. However, to successfully speak to a customer’s values, they must be able to trust you first. In this webinar, McMillanDoolittle will share their newly developed and widely applicable methodology to quantitatively measure consumers’ trust in retailers and brands, and discuss some of their latest research on the retailer initiatives and positioning that most correlate with trust.

In this webinar, we’ll have the opportunity to hear from three presenters, Jill Bromann, the Director of Consumer Insights at McMillanDoolittle, Alyson Fischer, Manager, and Emerson Delgado, Consulting Associate at McMillanDoolittle. 

 

Jill Bromann directs McMillanDoolittle’s consumer insights practice and is experienced in research development, project management, and strategic planning. Jill brings 10 years of consumer insights experience focused on retail and Millennial-focused businesses to her client engagements at McMillanDoolittle. She leverages her cross-functional knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research techniques to tell unbiased stories through data that uncover insights and identify strategic solutions for her clients.

Jill has conducted extensive work in customer experience strategy, focus group moderation, survey research, customer intercepts, and accompanied shops to assist retailers and brands in the Americas, Europe, and Oceania. Her recent clients include an impressive mix of large and small brands, such as Ben & Jerry’s, Casey’s General Stores, Samsung, Monica Vinader, The Fresh Market, Emart (Korea), and Matilda Jane Clothing.

Jill holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University.  She has completed professional training in focus group moderation from Burke Institute.

 

Alyson Fischer leads projects from ideation to completion and is passionate about identifying innovative opportunities for growth and delivering insights that inspire action.  Since joining the team in 2016, she has leveraged her cross-functional expertise, partnering with retailers, brands and technology clients on developing and executing growth strategies, concept development, operational improvements, market entry and global channel strategy.

Alyson has worked within many segments including Consumer Electronics, Specialty Apparel & Accessories, Automotive, Luxury Goods, Food Services and Grocery. She also has extensive global retail experience, having worked with clients based in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America, and has spoken internationally on topics such as retail trends and best practices, customer experience, merchandising and digital engagement. 

Alyson holds a B.A in Political Science with a minor in Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University.

 

Emerson Delgado is an Associate at McMillanDoolittle providing support for projects across the board, from strategic planning and digital transformation to consumer insights and experience design with a more recent focus on E-commerce strategy and operations, both in the US and LATAM. He draws on direct experience in E-commerce assortment planning in the Home Improvement industry and in market and consumer research. 

Emerson holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago and industry certifications in data analysis, presentation, and sales strategy.
