The Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to help scale our marketing engine and expand our reach within enterprise retail.
As a marketing team member at a startup this role will touch many aspects of marketing including campaigns, analytics, content, strategy, and marketing operations. You will work closely with senior leaders in both marketing and sales to help drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and new opportunities.
You will also help support pipeline generation through outbound campaigns and creative linkedin prospecting alongside our sales team. This is a marketing-first role that also works closely with sales and is rewarded for driving revenue.
You will have the opportunity to explore emerging AI-driven marketing workflows from campaign optimization to content development, helping us apply new tools thoughtfully and effectively.
This role is based in Salt Lake City. We work in office at least two days per week, so candidates should be local or willing to relocate.
What You Will Do
Campaigns and Growth
- Build and manage directed multi channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, outbound, and events
- Support account based marketing initiatives
- Support lead generation and outbound efforts in partnership with sales
- Support the strategy and execution of field marketing events and conferences
- Track performance and continuously improve based on data
Marketing Operations and Analytics
- Build prospect lists and segmentation
- Support CRM and marketing automation systems
- Monitor funnel metrics and provide performance insights
Content and Brand
- Create and repurpose content including case studies, blog posts, press releases, and social media posts
- Support field events and conferences with both preparation and execution
- Execution of SEO, GEO, SEM, and emerging AI-assisted content initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, analytics, operations, sales, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Clear and confident written communication
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Curiosity about SaaS, retail, and modern marketing tools
We are especially excited about creative thinkers who bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and experiment with new approaches. Interest in learning to do outbound pipeline generation work in a modern SaaS environment is a plus.
