We have a full agenda planned, with opportunities to network, learn, and enjoy activities in beautiful Park City. To make sure you’re here for all the events, we recommend arriving in Salt Lake by the afternoon of June 23, and leaving the evening of June 25 (or later).

Tuesday, June 23, 2026

Check-in to hotel; welcome drinks and dinner to kick off the event.

• 4:00 pm – Hotel check-in.
• 6:00 pm – Dinner and drinks at Firewood, which is a short walk from the hotel. Please make sure to bring your ID.

Wednesday, June 24, 2026

Immerse yourself in testing and analytics with a day of speaker sessions, workshops, and networking. Download full agenda here.

• 8:00 am – Shuttle pickup at hotel at Deer Valley Resort’s Empire Canyon Lodge.
• 8:15 – 9 am – Breakfast
• 9 am – 5 pm – Speakers and sessions. Lunch will be provided
• 5:15 pm – Shuttle back to hotel.
• 6:00 pm – Dinner and drinks at Nelson’s Cottage, which is a short walk from the hotel. Please make sure to bring your ID.

Activity Details

All activities depart from and return to the hotel; times listed are pickup and drop-off times.

Trap Shooting (ADA Accessible)

Kamas, UT (20 min from Park City)

What to wear: Dress for the weather as the range is exposed and can get windy. Wear sneakers or sturdy boots.

What to bring: Your guide will provide water, soda, and light snacks, but you are welcome to bring your own.

• 8:30 am – Pickup at hotel
• 9 – 11 am – Trap shooting activity
• 11:30 am – Drop-off at hotel
• 12 – 1:30 pm – (optional) Lunch in Park City if you’re still around!

High West Whiskey Distillery Tour and Tasting (ADA Accessible)

9:45 am – 1:30 pm
High West Distillery in Wanship, UT (25 min from Park City)

What to wear: Whatever is comfortable. This activity will mostly take place indoors.

What to bring: Your ID.

• 10:30 – 11:30 am – Distillery tour and tasting
• 11:30 am – 1 pm – Lunch at distillery 

Hiking

8:30 am – 11:30 am
Bloods Lake (15 min from Park City)

What to wear: Closed-toe shoes or hiking boots, and plenty of layers.

What to bring: Sunscreen and sun protection. We will provide water, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks and additional drinks.
